Terms & Conditions

♥ You may send your enquiries or make your orders by dropping an email to us and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

♥ Please note that your orders will be confirmed only after payment has been made.

♥ All our items are one of a kind and custom made. Please allow 3-5 working days to prepare the gift before delivery or your self collection.

♥ Currently, only bank transfer to POSB Savings 209-31432-0 is accepted.

♥ Delivery services are available at a flat fee of $10 to each single address in Singapore. However, they are available only on weekends at the current moment.

♥ Self collection is available on weekdays at Serangoon NEL station and Hougang Ave 1 at our convenience.

♥ Normal and Registered postages are available only for small items.

♥ Sweet Lurvve will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages regardless of postage or delivery type. But you can be assured whenever necessary; we will wrap your items to best protect it during delivery.

♥ Normal post is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages. Registered post costs an additional $2.50 per parcel on top of normal postage costs and comes with a tracking number that can be monitored online. Registered parcels are sent directly to your doorstep. In the event that there is no answer when a parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or slotted under your door. You may then proceed to the respective post office stated on the card to collect your parcel.
